I stayed at the Pestana hotel with a friend of mine for 5 days. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room and a coffee maker. The toiletries included shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion which was great as these are hard to get through TSA at the airport and buying the travel size is just pricy. Also toothpaste is provided for free but you need ask the front desk. There’s a hair dryer as well. The AC worked fine but it could get kind of cold when it’s set at 24C, and 25C was too hot. The location is great very close to the beach and to the main streets where shops and restaurants are. The pool seemed nice but it seemed as though no other guests really used it, so it was kind of quiet and private.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. They offered us a late checkout without even asking and allowed us to stay at the pool even after checkout. I felt safe at the hotel and didn’t have any problems with the accommodations.

I’m a little late writing this review, I stayed June 20th-25th. This is my second stay at Pestana South Beach because I enjoyed the first time so much. The staff are excellent, special shout out to Danel, and the staff at reception including Mihala, Rachel, and Valery. I forget the name of the lady who worked at the bar during this time but she was lovely as well! Location is amazing and you get a beach voucher to a section on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. The service there was amazing as well, great partnership! Housekeeping was great as well.

One of the most friendly and helpful staff even if English is not their first language. The pool was nice with good lounge chairs and never crowded. The complimentary flavoured water and sunscreen by the pool is always a great bonus! The room itself was clean with a modern bathroom even though it was really small. The private beach with two chairs and umbrella was perfect and only a 5min walk. The Resort fee was worth it here.

Art Deco hotel South Beach style. Very polite and helpful personel. The hotel provided beach towels and a set of 2 sunbeds and one umbrella at the beach 3 minutes walk from the hotel every day without extra charge. Coffee, tea and sweet snacks were offered almost all day long at the reception area. The location is very near to the beach and to nice restaurants and bars. 20 minutes walk to Ocean Drive.

From -start to finish, my experience was outstanding. The staff are the absolute nicest of any hotel that I've ever stayed. Valerie, Daniel, Alejo, and Michaela were all so friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a pleasant smile and conversation. The hotel itself is superb! It's so elegant and chic, above-all, quiet and chill. Just one block over from the bustle of Collins Ave. this boutique hotel is everything I wanted for my stay. The room itself was wonderful; I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was gorgeous The bed was so comfortable; I slept so well each night, the shower was awesome and housekeeping was great. It absolutely exceeded my expectations - would definitely stay here again!

I liked Pestana South beach hotel very much during my short stay in Miami Beach. The staff was polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach, shopping area and in walking distance from spectacular Ocean drive. Yet, Pestana is in a quite street, so you will have a good night sleep in a comfortable clean cozy room.

Good location and amenities as towels and beach voucher (chairs and umbrella) and others. Amazing staff that was always avaliable and ready to help! Good locations, less than 5 minutes from the beach but far enough to get away from the action on the city.

Heated pool was our favorite to spend time at night. Great location, close to the beach with complimentary 2 beach chairs with umbrella. 24/7 frontdesk staff, attentive to needs. Free bottles of water delivered to your room each day. Daily housekeeping. Mini fridge. Comfortable beds and pillows. Located in a quiet street and few blocks away from beach, close to restaurants. With bike rentals onsite. Has early check-in and check out for additional fee (US$15/hr) which was helpful for us to stay in while waiting for our late flights. Will definitely be back again
